What are the methods of shipping?

We use the Courrier Colissimo for all our deliveries.

You have the choice between two methods of delivery:

• Standard Delivery 
• Service point delivery (At the Post Office or a service point near you)

Service point delivery might be a delivery of choice if you live in a flat or when you're aware than mailmen have difficulties reaching your mailbox . It's also cheaper in most cases.

Are returns free?

France:

The returns are free in Metropolitan France.

Europe and International:

Europe and International customers are responsible for the return shipping.

What is the return policy?

We have a 30 days return and exchange policy. This allows you to return anything you have bought from us within 30 days of the delivery date, for either an exchange or a refund.

What are the delivery times ?

• France: generally within 48 working hours. For example, an order placed on Monday before 3 p.m. will probably arrive on Wednesday.
• Belgium and Luxembourg: 3 to 4 days
• Europe and international: Generally 5 to 7 days depending on the destination.

Shipping:
From Monday to Friday, orders placed before 3 p.m. are generally shipped the same day.

I returned it. How long does it take to return it?
Once we receive your return, the item is usually refunded within 48 hours. You will receive an email stating the refund status. Thank you for allowing the bank two or three days to deal with it.
