Delivery / Shipping costs
We use Colissimo for all our deliveries.
You have the choice between two methods of delivery:
- Standard Delivery (To your home or worplace)
- Service point delivery (At the Post Office or a service point near you)
Service point delivery might be a delivery of choice if you live in a flat or when you're aware than mailmen have difficulties reaching your mailbox . It's also cheaper in most cases.

United-Kingdom
We do not ship to the UK since Brexit. If you live in the UK, you can order at www.forgottentribes.com , based in London, UK.
The shipping is done by Colissimo and the help of their partners throughout Europe. Once an order is dispatched, it will be delivered to your mailbox if you have chosen Standard delivery. If your mailbox is too small, or you're not at home, you will receive instructions by mail or sms, such as another delivery date or options to pick it up.

Dispatch :
From Monday to Friday. If you order before 3 PM (UTC+1), your parcel is probably going to be dispatched the same day.
Tracking your parcel :
Follwing the dispatch, you will receive a link to a tracking panel.
