Are returns free?

France:
The returns are free in Metropolitan France. 

Europe and International:
Europe and International customers are responsible for the return shipping.

What is the return policy?
We offer a 30 days return and exchange policy. This allows you to return anything you have bought from us within 30 days of the delivery date, for either an exchange or a refund.

Refund conditions

- Your purchase was delivered less than 30 days ago
- Your items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged
- Your items still have their hangtags attached
- When you return shoes, you must preserve the box as well.

Exchanges or refund
A faulty item? Not your size? You can send it back. You will get the choice between an exchange or a refund.

Wrong item sent
Did you receive the wrong article? Don't worry, we will fix that as quickly as possible. Please contact the customer service at contact@forgottentribes.fr

How do I return an article?
Please contact us at contact@forgottentribes.fr , we will provide you the information you need to return your items. Please provide the order number and the reason for the return.

Is there a type of item I can't return?
For hygienic reasons, you can't return these types of items:

• Socks / Underwear
• Earrings
